After the item is bought we need at least 7 days to have the item ready to be shipped from our store to your address. After that, the carriers we work with, have the commitment to deliver our products all around Europe within the transit time shown bellow.
We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as we ship your order to let you know everything is on schedule.
We use Express services like Chronopost and TNT. If no one receive the order in the address provided by the customer, our couriers usually make 3 attempts to deliver it successfully. If the order is delivered back to our store because it failed to be delivered, we will not pay for the shipping costs to deliver the order again. All the charges must be paid by the customer.
We suggest you to have your goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

Since we have neither responsibility nor control over them, and we can’t evaluate their amount due to the different customs policies and import duties in the various countries, we suggest that you inform yourself at your home customs office.
As stated by European Law, you can ask for a total refund, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days of the day you get your order.
