Deliveries

DELIVERY INFORMATION

After the item is bought we need at least 5 days to have the item ready to be shipped from our store to your address. After that we have the commitment to deliver our products all around Europe in at least 5 days after we ship the product.

There are some specific products that might take more days to have them ready to be shipped, because in these cases we are dealing with some specific cases. The delivery time of these products is described in the related product page.

We’ll send you a confirmation email as soon as we ship your order to let you know everything is on schedule.

We use Express services like Chronopost, TNT or EMS International. If no one receive the order in the address provided by the customer, our couriers usually make 3 attempts to deliver it successfully. If the order is delivered back to our store because it failed to be delivered, we will not pay for the shipping costs to deliver the order again. All the charges must be paid by the customer.

We suggest you to have your goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address, as our couriers only deliver between 9am and 5pm, and may require a signature on receipt.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

These charges when happens must be paid by the client when receiving the product.

Since we have neither responsibility nor control over them, and we can’t evaluate their amount due to the different customs policies and import duties in the various countries, we suggest that you inform yourself at your home customs office.

DAMAGED  ITEMS RECEIVED

Please contact immediately our Customer Care to solve the problem. If any damage occur during the shipping process we will cover all the costs of the product. The client doesn´t have any responsibility for shipping damages.

FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED
